Return and Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges for purchases that comply with our Returns Policy.
- If the size does not fit or if you are unsatisfied with the item, our policy applies as follows:
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Return the item via International Registered Mail through any postal service (shipment reference numbers must start with S, R, C, V, LM, LX, LZ, LL). Please provide us with the tracking number of the shipment to process your return.
- Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us. If the item is returned in a condition other than its original, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once we have received the returned item.
- Exchange Process: Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7 days after receiving the return.
- Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges:
- Size Restrictions: Items in sizes XXL/XXXL are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Custom Orders: Custom items, sale items, embroidered items, and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped.
- Personalized Items: Items customized with your choice of fabric and lace color are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Missed Return Deadline: Returns will not be accepted if initiated after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Incorrect Measurements: If the buyer provides incorrect measurements, returns and exchanges are not accepted, as all items are made to order.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If the buyer provides the wrong shipping address, refunds will be processed minus the shipping costs both ways, but only if the item is returned to our location in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Missed Delivery: If an item is returned to us due to the recipient missing the delivery, refunds will be issued minus the shipping costs both ways provided the item is returned to Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Stolen Mail Policy:
- If you wish to add insurance to your order, please contact us prior to shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
- We are unable to contact your post office regarding missing packages. You will need to follow up directly unless you purchased shipping insurance.
- In the event of stolen mail, we can issue a full refund only after you provide a police report and a registered claim with the Postal Inspection Service.
